 About Us Randy Ledman is the Vice President of Ledman Construction & Development. He earned a Degree in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in 1986 and currently holds both a Professional Engineer's license and a Contractor's license from the state of Florida. Randy had 13 years experience as a design engineer prior to joining Ledman Construction & Development. Randy is also on the Board of Directors of the Bay County Homebuilders Association. Bill Ledman is the founder of Ledman Construction & Development and its original President. He has been on the Bay County Board of Directors since 1985 and served as its President in 1988 and 1996. Bill has also been on the State Board of Directors since 1991. Bill was selected as "Builder of the Year" in Bay County in 1988 and 2001. Bill is now "semi-retired" and acts as a consultant for the company.

custom homes along the Emerald Coast of Florida. Thomas Ledman is the
president of the company.
Thomas earned a Degree in Accounting from
Florida State University in 1983, and a Law Degree from the University
of Florida in 1994. He is very active in the Bay County Homebuilders
Association and has served 2 terms as its President. He has been on the board of directors since 1988, and was selected as "Builder of the Year" in 1989,
1990 and 2001. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Florida Homebuilders
Association.
